Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Drayton walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 55-13 victory over the Trenton/Trinity Christian Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Bombers, who have now won eight matchups by 42 points or more so far this season.
Trenten Keena had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 215 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry, and also throwing for 131 yards and three TDs while completing 90% of his passes. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 59 yards.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Drayton's defense and their four sacks. Mason Pollestad was especially locked on to Trenton/Trinity Christian's QB and sacked him three times.

Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games. As for Trenton/Trinity Christian, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.
