The Syracuse Titans will challenge the Logan Grizzlies at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Syracuse is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

Last Monday, Syracuse came up short against West Field and fell 11-6. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jazmine Prathan was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Hannah Reed, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Logan fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against West Field on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 8-6.

Miley Allen made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Leila Pauni, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Syracuse's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Logan, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Syracuse took their victory against Logan in their previous matchup back in March of 2016 by a conclusive 11-0. Will Syracuse repeat their success, or does Logan has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
