Norte Vista is 9-1 against Hillcrest since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Norte Vista Braves will welcome the Hillcrest Trojans at 1:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Norte Vista and Santiago finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hillcrest). Their defense stepped up to hand Heritage a 6-0 shutout two weeks ago. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Trojans with their most commanding win of the season.

The win got Hillcrest back to even at 4-4-3. With that draw, Norte Vista's record moves to 2-3-3.

Everything went Norte Vista's way against Hillcrest in their previous meeting back in February, as Norte Vista made off with a 6-0 victory. Will Norte Vista repeat their success, or does Hillcrest have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
