Basketball Recap: Lame Deer Drops Season-High Score on Colstrip

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lame Deer). They came out on top against the Colstrip Colts by a score of 73-63 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Morning Stars as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Lame Deer's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Colstrip, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Lame Deer will challenge Huntley Project at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Huntley Project will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Lame Deer surely won't give up without a fight. As for Colstrip, they will square off against Baker at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
