Softball Recap: Santa Fe Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Santa Fe's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Capital Jaguars on Saturday. The Demons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Santa Fe has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Capital, their victory bumped their record up to 10-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Santa Fe will challenge Manzano at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Capital, they will take on Taos at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
