Football Game Recap: Young Americans Christian vs. New Creation Christian Academy

New Creation Christian Academy took their match against Young Americans Christian on Friday by a conclusive 42-20 score.the rankings were on New Creation Christian Academy's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result

Young Americans Christian got a solid performance out of junior Dean Thomas, who rushed for 75 yards and 2 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win. If you haven't heard Thomas's name lately, then you haven't been paying much attention: he has loomed large in their past seven games. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse senior Thomas Francis, who racked up 11 tackles.

The victory bumped New Creation Christian Academy's record up to 5-2. The defeat dropped Young Americans Christian's record to 5-2.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week New Creation Christian Academy take on Covenant Christian Academy at 7:30 PM. As for Young Americans Christian, they will face off against Peoples Baptist Academy.
