Volleyball Recap: Pekin Comes Up Short at Home Against Tri-Valley

Pekin unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Tri-Valley Vikings on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17.

Looking ahead, Pekin will head out to challenge Richwoods at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tri-Valley, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Bloomington Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
