Baseball Recap: Atlantis Takes a Loss

Atlantis lost against Wareham back in May of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Atlantis lost 10-4 to Wareham. Atlantis has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Atlantis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Collyn Viverios, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. Viverios is becoming a predictor of Atlantis' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't). Another was Devon Paradise, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Atlantis' loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Wareham, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5-1.

Coming up, Atlantis will face off against Holbrook at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wareham, they will challenge Westport at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
