Football Recap: McQuaid Jesuit Comes Up Short

McQuaid Jesuit and Penfield pushed the score to 38-26 the last time they played Penfield, but on Saturday defenses reigned supreme. The Knights came up short against the Patriots, falling 21-0. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

McQuaid Jesuit is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Penfield, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, McQuaid Jesuit will be playing at home against Brighton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Penfield, they will square off against Aquinas Institute at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
