Volleyball Recap: Althoff Catholic Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Althoff Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Freeburg Midgets by a score of 2-0 on Monday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Althoff Catholic took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Nolan Karban, who had 16 digs and two assists. That's the most digs he has posted since back in April.

Althoff Catholic's win bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Freeburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Althoff Catholic will challenge Metro-East Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Freeburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
