Wynot waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They put the hurt on the Wausa Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Wynot not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Wausa between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-17.

Wynot can attribute much of their success to Kiera Heimes, who had eight digs.

Wynot was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in eight consecutive contests.

Wynot's win bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Wausa, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-18.

Wynot didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Paxton on the 1st. Wausa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
