Union waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 57-49 win over the Ida B. Wells Guardians. The 57-point effort marked the Titans' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Union's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Ida B. Wells, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

Union will challenge Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Union's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Ida B. Wells, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Benson Tech at 7:15 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
