Heritage had lost 14 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 5-15 to make it 15. They came up short against the Prairie Falcons, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, with their most recent loss being a 10-0 defeat two weeks ago.

As for Prairie, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 runs over those games.

For Prairie's part, they got a great performance from Michael Rovig as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. Rovig has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Isaac Watson was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Nolan Nunn, who went 1-for-3 with three runs and one double.

Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prairie, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-4 victory against Battle Ground on the 6th.
