Basketball Recap: Ferriday Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mangham last Tuesday, Ferriday came back down to earth. The Ferriday Trojans fell to the Madison Jaguars 72-66. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-45 back in January.

Ferriday's defeat dropped their record down to 21-11. As for Madison, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-6.

Coming up, Ferriday will take on Vidalia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison has already played their next game (against Independence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
