Basketball Recap: Hamilton Southeastern Royals vs. Zionsville Eagles
Hamilton Southeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 46-44 heartbreaker at the hands of the Zionsville Eagles. The Royals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.
Hamilton Southeastern lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Landon Osswald, who posted 11 points and seven rebounds. Luke Weemer was another key player, putting up eight points and ten boards.
