Last Friday, Roeper made easy work of Austin Catholic and carried off a 52-30 victory.

Meanwhile, Cardinal Mooney Catholic suffered their biggest defeat since December 28, 2024 on Thursday. They were beaten by Memphis 43-15. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cardinal Mooney Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Roeper, their win bumped their record up to 5-15.

Roeper strolled past Cardinal Mooney Catholic in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a score of 41-25. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roeper since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
