For the second straight game, Absegami will face off against Middle Township. The Braves are taking a road trip to face off against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Absegami is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.9 runs per game this season.

While Absegami's victory against Middle Township wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Braves won by a run and slipped past the Panthers 6-5.

Connor Harless looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Aaron Gilger was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Madon Wardwell, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI.

Middle Township's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Absegami, they pushed their record up to 7-4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
