Football Recap: Nashoba Regional Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fitchburg last Friday, Nashoba Regional came back down to earth. The Wolves had to suffer through a 46-16 loss at the hands of the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Nashoba Regional's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nashoba Regional will host Marlborough at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they will be playing at home against Oakmont Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will be up against the Spartans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35.2 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
