Cushing had won five straight games and Roman Tucker did his part to make it six on Thursday. The Tigers took their game with ease, bagging a 34-7 victory over the Miami Wardogs thanks in part to Tucker, who rushed for 70 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, and also threw for 195 yards and three TDs while completing 78.6% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Cushing's record now sits at 7-1. As for Miami, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Cushing will challenge Fort Gibson at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. As for Miami, they will host Catoosa at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. The Wardogs will be up against the Indians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 48.38 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
