Soccer Game Preview: Browne vs. Desert Vista

The Browne Bruins will challenge the Desert Vista Thunder at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Browne will be strutting in after a win while Desert Vista will be coming in after a loss.

Browne's tournament run continued when they took on Verrado on Tuesday. Browne had just enough and edged Verrado out 2-1.

Anthony Hernadez was the driving force of Browne's attack as he scored both of Browne's goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Desert Vista faced Liberty in a battle between two of the state's top teams last Saturday. Desert Vista took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Liberty. The Thunder have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Browne has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Desert Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3-3.
