Eleva-Strum can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Alma Center Lincoln Hornets with a sharp 15-5 win. Considering the Cardinals' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Eleva-Strum got a massive performance out of Brady Zimpel, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those two hits gave Zimpel a new career-high. Connor Schiefelbein was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and one RBI.

Eleva-Strum always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Alma Center Lincoln only posted an OBP of .367.

Eleva-Strum's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Alma Center Lincoln, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
