Volleyball Recap: Walker Wolverines vs. Mount Paran Christian Eagles
Walker lost against Mount Paran Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wolverines fell 2-0 to the Eagles.
Walker was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 21 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21.
Tyla Vogan paced Walker's offense, picking up eight kills. Vogan got some help from Samantha Baty and her 19 assists. Sofia Moore controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Kelsie Moran was the offensive standout of the match as she had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August.
Walker has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-14 record this season.
