Basketball Recap: Seton Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Seton won the last time they faced St. Ursula Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Seton Saints walked away with a 50-42 win over the St. Ursula Academy Bulldogs.

Seton can attribute much of their success to Aubri Korfhagen, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Bain, who scored nine points.

Seton smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in seven consecutive games.

Seton pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for St. Ursula Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-9.

Seton will square off against Ursuline Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Ursula Academy, they will face off against Mount Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Notre Dame will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something St. Ursula Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
