Football Recap: Rebecca Lee Leads University's Defense on Wednesday

University lost against Northwood back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans fell 12-7 to the Timberwolves. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Even if they lost, University's defense still kept up the pressure with four sacks. Rebecca Lee was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two herself.

University's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Northwood, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Coming up, University will square off against Irvine at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Northwood, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 53-0 defeat against Orange Lutheran on the 4th.
