Basketball Recap: Lame Deer Morning Stars vs. Huntley Project Red Devils
Lame Deer lost against Huntley Project back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lame Deer Morning Stars took an 89-76 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huntley Project Red Devils. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Wednesday (67), the Morning Stars still had to take the loss.
Lame Deer's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Semaj Bird-Killsnight, who posted 17 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Carone Littlecoyote, who earned 13 points and five boards.
