Soccer Recap: IDEA Robindale Comes Up Short

If IDEA Robindale was feeling good fresh off their 4-1 takedown of Port Isabel last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aviators took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jubilee Brownsville Titans on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jubilee Brownsville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in January.

IDEA Robindale's goal came courtesy of America Valencia, who's now up to four this season.

IDEA Robindale's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Jubilee Brownsville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

IDEA Robindale has already played their next match, an 8-0 win against IDEA Sports Park on the 24th. As for Jubilee Brownsville, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against La Feria at 5:30 p.m. on March 10.
