Volleyball Recap: Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Takes a Loss

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leroy Greene Academy Lions. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Leroy Greene Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-7 record this season.

Western Sierra Collegiate Academy is on the road again on Saturday to play Futures at 12:00 p.m. As for Leroy Greene Academy, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Leroy Greene Academy Lions duke it out with Woodland Christian Cardinals at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
