Softball Recap: Tyler Comes Up Short

Tyler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 19-0 to the Whitehouse Wildcats. If the Lions were looking for revenge after losing 27-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tyler's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Whitehouse, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-5.

Coincidentally, Tyler and Whitehouse will both be playing Hallsville the next time they take the field. Whitehouse will host Hallsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Tyler will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
