The South San Francisco Warriors are taking a road trip to square off against the Notre Dame Regents at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. South San Francisco is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2 runs per game this season.
South San Francisco lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Castilleja, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's match. The Warriors never let the Gators get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Monday. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by exactly 15 runs.

Sydney Semans made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI.
In other batting news, Shiloh Semans was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February. Liala Kinchen was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
South San Francisco was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .588. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in five consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame fell victim to Ann Sobrato and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 12-0 to the Bulldogs.
South San Francisco has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.
South San Francisco's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's match. The Warriors have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.7 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Notre Dame, though, as they've been averaging only 1.3 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will South San Francisco continue to outrun the ball?
