Softball Recap: Harmony Grove Hornets vs. Smackover Buckaroos

Harmony Grove had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 9-10 to make it four. They lost 11-0 to the Smackover Buckaroos. The game marked the first time this year in which the Hornets were not able to get on the board.

As for Smackover, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 14-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games.

For Smackover's part, the team relied heavily on Emily Camacho, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI Camacho has posted since back in March.
