Video: MaxPreps Top 10 Plays of the Week

There is a new No. 1 team in the Northeast, as Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.) defeated previous No. 1 Bergen Catholic (Oradell, N.J.) to move into the top spot in the region in this week's MaxPreps Regional Computer Football Rankings.

Trinity (Euless, Texas) continues to hold down the top spot in the Southwest while Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas) is No. 1 in the West, IMG Academy (Brandenton, Fla.) is No. 1 in the South and St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) is the top team in the Midwest.

The regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. For the purposes of these rankings, the country was broken down into five regions:



West: California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Hawaii, Alaska, and Montana.

Southwest: Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Midwest: Arkansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

South: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Northeast: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware and Vermont.


West
