Volleyball Recap: Harbor Beach Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Harbor Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Brown City Green Devils, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Green Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Harbor Beach was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-23, 25-15.

Their offense was headlined by Jada Schave and Lexy Roggenbuck, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Keltie Deer and her eight assists. Schave was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Harbor Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13-3. As for Brown City, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-19 record this season.

Harbor Beach has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Marlette on the 9th. As for Brown City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Ubly on the 9th.
