Volleyball Recap: Lafayette Generals vs. Scott County Cardinals
There's no place like home for Lafayette, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Scott County Cardinals on Wednesday, sneaking past 3-2. For the Generals, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Cardinals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.
Lafayette wouldn't go down easily and took Scott County into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 15-10.
