There's no place like home for Kinkaid, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past The Awty International Rams 61-41 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won eight in a row.

Kinkaid's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rob Satcher, who went 5 for 8 en route to 11 points in addition to seven boards and five steals. Satcher is becoming a predictor of Kinkaid's success: when he posts at least three steals the team is 2-1 (and 8-16 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Connor Cubbage, who posted 11 points and four steals.

Kinkaid smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 27 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Kinkaid's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 10-17. As for The Awty International, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 16-7.

Looking ahead, Kinkaid will square off against St. Mark's at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Awty International, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Salt and Light Homeschool at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Awty International is facing Salt and Light Homeschool at the right time seeing as Salt and Light Homeschool is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
