Basketball Recap: Chloe Brogdon Key Part of a Team Effort in Cougars Win

There's no place like home for Grace Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Westwood Wildcats by a score of 34-26 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against the Wildcats back in January, they had to take a 26-20 loss.

Grace Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Chloe Brogdon out in front who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. That makes it five consecutive games in which Brogdon has scored at least a third of Grace Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Martin, who posted four points and three steals.

Grace Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive matches.
