Basketball Game Preview: Sublette Larks vs. Meade Buffaloes

Sublette is 0-10 against Meade since December of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Sublette Larks will host the Meade Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. Sublette knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Meade likes a good challenge.

Sublette is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They put the hurt on Kinsley with a sharp 75-54 win on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Meade was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 60-54 to Hodgeman County.

Sublette pushed their record up to 6-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 21.7 points. As for Meade, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.

Things could have been worse for Sublette, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-50 loss to Meade in their previous matchup back in February of 2024.
