Softball Recap: Mount Anthony Beats Fair Haven for Their Third Straight Victory

Mount Anthony strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Fair Haven Slaters get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Mount Anthony's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 10.3 runs this season. As for Fair Haven, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount Anthony will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Springfield at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fair Haven, they will welcome Mill River at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
