Seven Hills saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Will Ackerman, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Ackerman is becoming a predictor of the Stingers' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 5-8 when he doesn't). Stephen Gerhardt was another, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Seven Hills' loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Reading, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

Coming up, Seven Hills will challenge Western Hills at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Reading, they will face off against Wyoming at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
