Basketball Recap: River Finds Home Court Redemption Against Tuscarawas Central Catholic

There's no place like home for River, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 61-54 win over the Tuscarawas Central Catholic Saints on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Pilots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Tuscarawas Central Catholic still got an impressive performance from Julia Sciarretti, who went 7-for-17 on her way to 16 points and eight rebounds. Sciarretti continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Miya Olson was another key player, dropping a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards.

River's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-9.
