Volleyball Game Preview: Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers vs. Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers

Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted hasn't had much luck against Glencoe-Silver Lake recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Lakers will challenge the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted will be strutting in after a victory while Glencoe-Silver Lake will be coming in after a defeat.

Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Central on Thursday. The Lakers put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lakers haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Glencoe-Silver Lake didn't have quite enough to beat Dassel-Cokato on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Glencoe-Silver Lake, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.
