Baseball Game Preview: Four Corners Coyotes vs. Bell Creek Academy Panthers

The Four Corners Coyotes will head out to challenge the Bell Creek Academy Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Four Corners has three straight wins, Bell Creek Academy has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Four Corners' victory against Discovery wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Four Corners came out on top in a nail-biter against Discovery on Wednesday, sneaking past 6-4. That's two games straight that the Coyotes have won by exactly two runs.

Mateo Torres was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Mario Torres also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, Bell Creek Academy lost 11-2 to Tampa Prep last Friday.

Four Corners' win bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Bell Creek Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9-1.
