Keller entered their tilt with Boswell on Friday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Pioneers a 1-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-3 on Thursday.

The result came thanks to Avery Lawton's shutout, as she gave up just two hits.

At the plate, Keller saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaiya Fabela, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Keller pushed their record up to 23-6-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Boswell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-10.

Keller will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Pioneers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
