Volleyball Game Preview: Wando Warriors vs. Cane Bay Cobras

The Wando Warriors will face off against the Cane Bay Cobras at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Wando is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Lucy Beckham just ended the team's nine-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Bengals by a score of 2-1.

Wando started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-22, 15-4.

Meanwhile, Cane Bay came up short against Academic Magnet on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Wando's loss dropped their record down to 21-5-1. As for Cane Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Wando was able to grind out a solid victory over Cane Bay in their previous meeting last Wednesday, winning 2-0. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Cobras have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
