Volleyball Recap: Mountain Range's Undefeated Season over After Five Games + How To Watch

If Mountain Range was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Adams City on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs fell 3-1 to the Poudre Impalas on Thursday. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Impalas recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 23-25, 25-19.

Morgan Huffman was the offensive standout of the match as she had five digs and three aces. Another player making a difference was Kylee Morris, who had ten digs and three aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mountain Range fell to 4-1. As for Poudre, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain Range will square off against Vista PEAK Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Poudre, they will be playing at home against Greeley West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
