Morrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Erie-Prophetstown Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-16.

Morrison's loss dropped their record down to 7-22-4. As for Erie-Prophetstown, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 19 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 29-3-2 record this season.
