Baseball Recap: Shelbyville Continues Home Dominance on Friday

After losing to Altamont the last time they met, Shelbyville decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Rams walked away with a 5-2 win over the Indians on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

Shelbyville's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-7. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Altamont, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-10.
