They came up short against Battle Ground Academy, falling 18-1. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Providence Christian Academy started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Columbia Academy. They lost 11-1 to the Bulldogs on Monday. The LIONS have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Providence Christian Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Middle Tennessee Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
