Softball Recap: Freeburg Midgets vs. Roxana Shells

Freeburg can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They never let the Roxana Shells onto the board and left with a 14-0 victory. Freeburg's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Samantha Roulanaitis made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Roulanaitis has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in 13 consecutive pitching appearances. Roulanaitis was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI.
