Soccer Recap: Rock Hill Takes a Loss

If Rock Hill was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Northwestern last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Rock Hill fell just short of the Catawba Ridge Copperheads by a score of 3-2 on Friday. Rock Hill haven't had much luck with Catawba Ridge recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Rock Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Catawba Ridge, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Coincidentally, Rock Hill and Catawba Ridge will both be playing Clover the next time they take the pitch. Catawba Ridge will host Clover at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Rock Hill will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
