Soccer Recap: Indianola Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Indianola proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by eight) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Pleasantville Trojans 2-1. For Indianola, this counts as revenge for the 4-2 victory Pleasantville walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Indianola is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those nine matches. As for Pleasantville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7-1.
